Extended Stay Community in Grand Junction
It’s amazing how many people call us requesting stays of 3 months or more. As a result, we have devoted over half of our 161 sites for long term or “extended stay” guests.
The reasons for extended stay are as diverse as the number of people who stay here. Some of our campers are working temporary jobs in Grand Junction, others have sold their homes and need a place to stay until they purchase or build a new place. We have some guests who are traveling nurses and others who are full-time RVers who love the area and want to live here and enjoy our beautiful mountains and rivers for a while.
When walking around the extended stay community I see individuals camping by themselves, families with small children, dogs enjoying the sunshine, and groups of people sharing a meal. Sometimes I see trucks filled with work equipment and at other times I see children riding their bikes or playing on their concrete pads.
