Hop in the car and drive 12 short miles to the Colorado Mountain Winefest where 45 Colorado vineyards and wineries will be presenting hundreds of wines. Your General Admission ticket includes entrance to the park on Saturday, a commemorative wine glass & tote, unlimited tastings from all those wineries, educational seminars, chef demonstrations, live music, complimentary storage, and shopping at dozens of artisan vendors. The 107th Annual Fruita Fall Festival kicks off with the ever-popular Outhouse Race – a competition featuring creatively-crafted latrines being pushed or rolled down the street. Prizes for best Outhouses! Also on Saturday is the Art Walk. Meet local artists and crafts people who create their works before your very eyes.

Then on Sunday, there’s the Baking & Canning Contest with winners announced on the Civic Center Stage. Don’t miss the Parade, starting at 10:00am. You’ll see marching bands, vintage cars, tractors, horses, and floats made by our very own locals and businesses.

Live music, beer gardens, and great food trucks both days. The Fruita Fall Festival is fun for the whole family and only 12 miles away on US 50. C’mon!
