Site Features & Amenities

What site hookups are included with each RV site?

Every site includes full hookups with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fiber optic internet. Sites also feature a private lawn, concrete patio, picnic table, and fire ring.

What accommodations are available for large RVs?

We offer 160 extra-large pull-through and back-in sites designed to comfortably accommodate large rigs and slide-outs.

What on-site conveniences and store items are available?

We offer a fully stocked Camp Store with essentials, snacks, and beer, as well as a large modern laundry facility and family-style private tile shower suites.

What recreational activities are available at the resort?

Guests enjoy a heated pool, year-round hot tub spa, splash pad, clubhouse with ping pong and indoor games, evening fire table gathering area, pickleball court, volleyball court, playground, and two pet-friendly dog parks.

Resort Rules & Guidelines

Are pets allowed at Canyon View RV Resort?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort. Pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after immediately, and supervised at all times. Two pets are included in your base rate, with a $10/night fee for a third pet.

What are the resort quiet hours?

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Generator use is prohibited during quiet hours.

What are the rules for campfires?

Campfires are permitted from 8:00 AM to midnight in provided fire rings, subject to Mesa County Fire Danger Level restrictions. Outside firewood is prohibited to prevent pest spread, but firewood is available for delivery through the general store.

What is the resort speed limit?

The speed limit is 5 mph throughout all resort roads for guest safety.
