What types of RV sites are available?
We offer a variety of extra-large pull-through and back-in RV sites designed to accommodate everything from smaller RVs to large motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers.
Do you have pull-through RV sites?
Yes! Canyon View RV Resort offers numerous extra-large pull-through sites, making arrival and departure convenient for larger RVs and rigs with multiple slide-outs.
How large are the RV sites?
Our sites are approximately 40 feet wide, providing guests with plenty of room for their RV, vehicle, outdoor furniture, and other camping needs.
Can you accommodate large RVs?
Yes. Our 160 extra-large pull-through and back-in sites are designed to accommodate large RVs and multiple slide-outs comfortably. Site length is from 68ft to 80 ft
What hookups are included with each RV site?
Every RV site includes full hookups with 30/50-amp electric, sewer, and water, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet.
Does every site have Wi-Fi?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, and sites also feature access to fiber-optic internet.
What outdoor features are included with the RV sites?
Our RV sites feature a private lawn, concrete patio, picnic table, and fire ring, giving guests comfortable outdoor space to relax and enjoy their stay.
Are the RV sites spacious?
Yes. Our spacious sites are designed with comfort in mind, with approximately 40-foot-wide sites that provide additional room around your RV.
Rates & Reservations
What is included in the base site rate?
Our base rate includes one camping unit, one vehicle, up to four people, and two pets per site.
What are the additional guest, vehicle, and pet fees?

Do you offer extended-stay rates?

Site requests may be accommodated based on availability. We recommend contacting the resort when making your reservation if you have a preferred site or location.
Check-In & Check-Out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-In: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
A $25 late check-in fee applies between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. No check-ins are permitted after 10:00 PM.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Do you allow late check-in?
Yes. Late check-in is available between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM for a $25 fee. No check-ins are permitted after 10:00 PM.
Can I extend my stay after I arrive?
Stay extensions are subject to availability. Please contact our office as early as possible if you would like to extend your stay.

Does Canyon View RV Resort have a Camp Store?
Yes! Our fully stocked Camp Store offers a variety of essentials, snacks, beer, souvenirs, and other convenient items for your stay.
Is firewood available at the resort?
Yes. Firewood is available for delivery through our Camp Store. Outside firewood is prohibited to help prevent the spread of pests.
Pets
How many pets are allowed per RV site?
Two pets are included in the base rate. A third pet may be permitted for an additional $10 per night, with a maximum of three pets per site.
What are the pet rules?
Pets must be kept on a leash, supervised at all times, and cleaned up after immediately. Please help us keep the resort clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
Resort Rules & Guidelines
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Generator use is prohibited during quiet hours.
What are the rules for campfires?
Campfires are permitted from 8:00 AM to midnight in the provided fire rings, subject to Mesa County Fire Danger Level restrictions.
Outside firewood is prohibited to help prevent the spread of pests. Firewood is available for delivery through our Camp Store.
What is the speed limit at the resort?
The speed limit is 5 mph throughout all resort roads to help ensure the safety of our guests, families, pets, and staff.
